Yamaha XT500 – SOLD
Popular1979 Yamaha XT500 project. Just in from the states. Was told by the seller that it was running well when he bought it a few years ago but as he was getting older he was finding it harder to start and gave up on it a couple of years ago. I have had it running, after I removed the acorns & nuts from the exhaust, it sounds good with no undue noises / smoke, but the carb was overflowing and will need stripped and cleaned. I have applied to register it and I'm just waiting on DVLA doing so.
